Last year, during a project handover from another agency to the company I was working for, I reviewed their monthly performance and SEO reports. What I found was frustrating—yet revealing.

The reports were filled with outdated tactics: social bookmarking, free classified ads, low-quality backlinks, and irrelevant guest posts that offered no real value. Their on-page SEO efforts? Limited to rewriting meta titles and descriptions—without any real strategic direction or connection to business outcomes.
